Crystal Palace confirm £35m signing of Brennan Johnson from Tottenham after Oliver Glasner charm offensive saw off rival interest

Crystal Palace have confirmed the signing of Brennan Johnson from Tottenham for a club-record fee of £35million.

The transfer marks a victory for Palace manager Oliver Glasner, whose efforts to convince Johnson to pick Palace ahead of Bournemouth, Everton and Aston Villa have proven successful.
