Erling Haaland uses £260m contract to add F1 safety car and Bugatti to garage

Erling Haaland has been splashing the cash on cars since he burst onto the scene with Red Bull Salzburg, and his collection has only grown since he signed a new 10-year deal at Manchester City

Manchester City’s star forward Erling Haaland is no stranger to splashing out on luxury vehicles. The Norwegian sensation has been a force to be reckoned with in the Premier League since joining Pep Guardiola’s squad in 2022, and his record-breaking goal-scoring prowess was rewarded with a fresh contract at the start of 2025.

Haaland inked a new 10-year deal at the Etihad, set to keep him donning sky blue until summer 2034 and worth an estimated £500,000 per week, totalling £260million. This hefty paycheque, coupled with the earnings from his prolific career thus far, has allowed Haaland’s car collection to flourish. Mirror Football delves into what the 24-year-old’s incredible garage, including a special edition F1 medical car and the soon-to-be-delivered £4m Bugatti.

Aston Martin DBX 707

This particular Aston Martin is typically seen in British Racing Green on a Formula 1 circuit when medical aid is required. However, Haaland has managed to snag a special edition, reports the Manchester Evening News.

The lime green beauty is believed to be valued at £350k, and City’s Norwegian hotshot was spotted behind the wheel of his newly-acquired Aston Martin leaving Manchester Airport last month following Real Madrid’s Champions League victory over his team.

While this unique acquisition is certainly eye-catching, it’s not the crown jewel of Haaland’s collection. That title goes to a recently announced addition that’s set to arrive soon.

Bugatti Tourbillon

The extraordinary Bugatti Tourbillon, a scarce model with only 250 units produced, boasts a 1,800 petrol and electric hybrid V16 engine. It can reportedly hit 127mph in just five seconds, with a top speed of 277mph.

Just this week, The Sun reported that footballer Haaland had secured a deal for this rare and staggeringly pricey vehicle, with the help of his friend and billionaire car collector, Ole Ertvaag.

Priced at £3.2m, the overall cost of this gleaming new toy will set the striker back a whopping £4m due to Norway’s stringent low emissions laws. The same report suggests that additional funds will be spent on customising the car, which hasn’t been officially purchased yet, but it is hoped that a deal will be finalised by April 1.

Porsche 911 GT3

Another recent addition to Haaland’s collection is a striking orange Porsche 911 GT3. This car, worth around £160,000, turned heads when the 24-year-old was seen leaving City training last month.

This purchase was one of the first major acquisitions Haaland made after signing his lucrative 10-year deal. However, even before this contract, Haaland’s garage was already impressive.

Rolls-Royce Cullinan

One such example is the luxurious Rolls-Royce Cullinan. Despite the brand being synonymous with classy and sturdy central defenders, it hasn’t deterred City’s target man from adding one to his collection.

A Cullinan is a popular choice among those in the world of sports, with Cristiano Ronaldo reportedly being the proud owner of the model.

Though its 5.3m-long frame is large, the £300k vehicle is no slouch. It can go from zero to sixty in approximately five seconds and has a top speed of 155mph.

Range Rover Sport

The Range Rover Sport is a staple for many footballers in Britain and around Europe. A top-of-the-line model costs roughly £120k. In 2018, information compiled by The Sun indicated that it was the most leased vehicle among Premier League stars.

Haaland evidently has a similar taste. Though it isn’t the sleekest of models, the popular car can go from 0-60 in 4.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 176mph.

Audi RS6 Avant

While the Range Rover is the favourite of many, Haaland may have indicated where his loyalties lie, having owned this car in at least two different colours.

The marksman was reportedly spotted cruising around in an Audi RS6 during his Borussia Dortmund days, though that model was red. In the UK, the Norwegian has a carbon black number.

These vehicles are just some that make the near-unfathomable garage owned by the two-time Premier League top goalscorer, who is in amongst the goals once again this season alongside Golden Boot leader Mohamed Salah.
