Artem Dovbyk is expected to lead the line for Roma in the absence of Paulo Dybala when the Giallorossi take on Rangers at Ibrox in the Europa League on Thursday evening.
Giallorossi star Dybala is expected to miss several weeks of action after being diagnosed with a medium-grade tear of the biceps femoris muscle in his left thigh.
Roma will also be without Evan Ferguson and Leon Bailey in attack, as well as regular left wing-back Angelino.
Roma are in need of a win on Thursday night after falling to back-to-back home defeats in their last two Europa League matches. Head coach Gian Piero Gasperini predicted during his pre-match press conference that his side needs ‘three wins from the next five matches’ in order to qualify for the knock-out rounds.
Rangers, meanwhile, sit dead last in the Europa League standings with zero points from their first three matches, but have since parted company with Russell Martin and appointed Danny Rohl instead.
Kick-off this evening is due at 20.00 GMT.
