Fabrizio Romano has good news for Manchester United, with the football transfer news expert indicating that “everything is going right” for the Red Devils with regards Jadon Sancho at Borussia Dortmund.
Sancho has been exiled at the Bundesliga club since the January transfer window following a very public falling out with Man Utd manager Erik ten Hag in September.
The England winger has done solid work while back at BVB, helping the club to the semi-finals of the Champions League, where they will face PSG.

While this run has been bad news for Premier League clubs, who face the probability of missing out on a bonus Champions League spot due to the overall performance of Bundesliga clubs, Man Utd are, at least, winners from the situation, as Romano explained.
“For Man Utd, money is coming. They have already received a loan fee of around €5 million for Jadon Sancho’s six-month loan, but also Man Utd will receive more money in the next weeks from Borussia Dortmund because they are now going to play the Champions League semi-final,” Romano explained on YouTube.
“Part of the add-on clause structure in the Jadon Sancho loan deal was also linked to performance in the Champions League for Dortmund.

“Sancho is happy at Dortmund, where he started. He’s playing, he’s an important player in a group of players he really appreciates.
“Everything’s going right on that deal and Man Utd will get more money, which is important for Financial Fair Play.”
Will Sancho stay at Dortmund?
With regards Sancho’s long-term future, Romano says the position remains very much as it was, with the goal of all parties to get a permanent deal done.
“The intention of Borussia Dortmund remains to sit at the table with Manchester United at the end of the season and try to find a solution to keep the player at the club, so let’s see what the situation will be,” he said.
Sancho has played 14 times in all competitions for Dortmund, scoring two goals and creating two more.
