La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that ex-Milan coach Sergio Conceiçao is the leading candidate to take over at Al-Nassr after Luciano Spalletti rejected an €18m-a-year contract offer.
Ex-Italy and Napoli coach Spalletti has rejected an offer from Al-Nassr, according to Gazzetta.
Al-Nassr want Conceiçao after Spalletti’s refusal

The pink paper claims that Spalletti’s refusal prompted the Saudi side to offer the job to former Milan coach, Conceiçao.
The Portuguese tactician has just terminated a six-month spell at Milan, where he arrived in December 2024 to replace his compatriot Paulo Fonseca.
Conceiçao won the Supercoppa Italiana in his first two games with the Rossoneri, but failed to qualify for European competitions.
Al-Nassr links with Serie A and Italian coaches

Massimiliano Allegri replaced Conceiçao at San Siro, signing a two-year deal.
Al-Nassr are looking for a new coach as their current manager, Stefano Pioli, has reached an agreement with Fiorentina and is awaiting release by the Saudi club.
The Italy national team sacked Spalletti after a 3-0 loss against Norway at the beginning of June.
