The son of Netherlands great Patrick Kluivert has been linked with Leverkusen.

Former Manchester United and Tottenham scout Mick Brown has opened up on transfer speculation regarding Bayer Leverkusen.

Speaking to ‘Football Insider’, he outlined Die Werkself’s monitoring of a certain Bournemouth winger:

“Bayer Leverkusen is interested in signing Justin Kluivert. They want a new winger or attacking midfielder to replace Florian Wirtz.

“He can definitely play football for a Champions League team in Germany, so it doesn’t surprise me that he’s interested in this move.

“I think that’s something he would want to do [play Champions League football] if the offer actually comes,” Brown said.

The 26-year-old enjoyed a sensational season for the Cherries for whom he bagged 12 goals and provided 6 assists in 34 games.
