Inter are not going to sell Francesco Pio Esposito this summer, and the Nerazzurri have already turned down requests from Manchester United and Atalanta for the promising striker.
Inter have a long-term plan for 20-year-old striker Francesco Pio Esposito and are not going to sell him for any price this summer.
Inter rejected Man United approach for Pio Esposito
Sources familiar with the matter exclusively tell me that the Nerazzurri have already turned down two requests from Manchester United and Atalanta.
The Red Devils were the first team to inquire about the striker during the January transfer window, when Esposito was still on loan at Spezia in Serie B.
On the other hand, La Dea made their attempt over the last few days during negotiations with Inter for Ademola Lookman.
Inter rely on Pio Esposito for the future
The Nigerian forward has already reached an agreement with Inter, so the Nerazzurri are now trying to lower his €50m price tag.
Esposito spent the last two seasons on loan at Spezia in Serie B, scoring 22 goals in 79 appearances.
The promising Italian striker also netted his first Inter goal last month, in a 2-0 win over River Plate in the Club World Cup.
