Cesc Fabregas says Antonio Conte is an ‘incredible’ coach for ‘struggling’ teams: ‘He puts everything in order.’

Serie A leaders Napoli visit Como in the next Serie A Round, offering a second meeting between Conte and his former Chelsea player Fabregas.

“Antonio Conte is an incredible coach for teams that are struggling because he arrives with a message that immediately resonates with everyone and puts everything in order,” the Como coach told Sky Sport via TMW.

“Conte is a winner who speaks little but makes himself understood by everyone. The players understand what he wants and give something extra.”

Conte brought Napoli back to the top of the Serie A table this term after a poor 2023-24 season in which the Partenopei failed to defend their title and changed three coaches: Rudi Garcia, Walter Mazzarri and Francesco Calzona.

Conte’s Napoli have a two-point lead over second-placed Inter but have collected three consecutive draws in Serie A.
