Fantasy Bundesliga tips: 10 players to consider for Matchday 21

Here are 10 players you should consider bringing into your Fantasy Bundesliga team for Matchday 21.

In this Fantasy Bundesliga article, we will not be focusing on the most obvious picks such as Jeremie Frimpong and Harry Kane.

Instead, we will highlight players with a maximum ownership percentage of 20%, who could offer great value as differentials for Matchday 21.

Felix Agu, Werder Bremen (Defender, 2M, 0%)
Having secured a starting spot at left wing-back, Agu is an excellent budget option for the coming weeks as Werder approach a nice run of fixtures against Heidenheim, FC Köln, Darmstadt and Hoffenheim.

Luca Netz, Gladbach (Defender, 7.2M, 4%)
With Gladbach facing arguably the weakest team in the league, Darmstadt, at home this weekend, Die Fohlen’s attacking left wing-back is an intriguing option if you’re looking for a differential.

Maximilian Mittelstädt, Stuttgart (Defender, 7.4M, 6%)
Like Werder, Stuttgart have a very attractive schedule coming up. Costing just 7.4 million, Mittelstädt has scored double figures in back-to-back games and should continue to start at left-back despite Hiroki Ito’s return from Asian Cup duty.

Enzo Millot, Stuttgart (Midfielder, 9.7M, 4%)
Enzo Millot is cheaper and has has much lower ownership than his more popular teammate Chris Führich, so if you want to get a differential midfielder in from Stuttgart for their upcoming nice run of games, he could be a good choice. It’s also worth noting that Millot took and converted Stuttgart’s last penalty, which means he could get the chance again from 11 meters.

Franck Honorat, Gladbach (Midfielder, 12.7M, 1%)
His price tag is high, but Gladbach’s set-piece taker has the ability to do serious damage against a Darmstadt side, who have shown great weakness in defending crosses and dead ball situations this season.

Julian Brandt, Borussia Dortmund (Midfielder, 18.2M, 15%)
Back from illness, Dortmund’s creative attacking midfielder should be back on your radar as the Black and Yellows welcome a Freiburg side who have lost two in a row.

Justin Njinmah, Werder Bremen (Striker, 3.5M, 2%)
Njinmah remains the only budget forward really worth considering. As mentioned earlier in this article, Werder have a great run of games and the striker is on sale this week for just 3.1 million.

Jordan, Gladbach (Striker, 8.6M, 0%)
With four goals and three assists to his name, the striker has been directly involved in a goal in an average of 50 percent of his appearances for Gladbach. He should have a good chance of adding to that tally at home against Darmstadt.

Marvin Ducksch, Werder Bremen (Striker, 12.7M, 1%)
If you’re willing to spend a bit more on a Werder striker, Ducksch is the guy to get. Responsible for all of Werder’s set pieces, including penalties, the striker has scored two games in a row. In total, he has had a hand in an impressive 14 goals (nine goals, five assists) in 19 Bundesliga games this season.

Serhou Guirassy, Stuttgart (Striker, 14.6M, 3%)
Back from the Africa Cup of Nations, Serhou Guirassy should be back in the Stuttgart squad for Sunday’s home game against Mainz. If he starts right away, his potential against a struggling Mainz side is huge. But of course his in-form striking partner Deniz Undav would be the safer choice.
