Safe to say Felipe Melo was happy to see his former club Juventus eliminated from the Champions League at the hands of Galatasaray as he appeared smiling in a video, shouting ‘ bye bye.’
Former Brazilian midfielder Felipe Melo trolled Juventus after the Bianconeri’s Champions League exit on Wednesday.
The Old Lady’s 3-2 win over Galatasaray was not enough to secure a spot in the Round of 16, and Melo celebrated Juventus’ elimination with a video on social media, which Gazzetta dello Sport later shared.
A former midfielder for both Juve and Galatasaray, Melo appeared smiling and shouting in front of the TV at full-time: “Bye bye, everybody go home,” said the 42-year-old.
Melo spent two seasons at Juventus from 2009 to 2011, scoring just four goals in 78 appearances and previously admitted he had had a bad time in Turin.
