Moise Kean, Nicolò Fagioli and Nico Gonzalez start against their former clubs, with Randal Kolo Muani and Albert Gudmundsson also crucial for the Fiorentina vs. Juventus grudge match and a change of tactics.

It kicks off at the Stadio Artemio Franchi at 17.00 GMT.

There had been some doubts as to whether this match would go ahead following flooding in the area, but the local authorities gave the all-clear.

Juventus are still shaken by the 4-0 home defeat to Atalanta, which ended a run of five consecutive Serie A victories.

Their campaign is in tatters after crashing out of the Champions League and Coppa Italia early, with pressure mounting on coach Thiago Motta.

Douglas Luiz, Gleison Bremer, Juan Cabal and Arek Milik are the only remaining absentees, as Francisco Conceicao and Nicolò Savona return.

Nico Gonzalez faces his former club with Kolo Muani sending Dusan Vlahovic to the bench yet again, but Teun Koopmeiners steps in.

The big changes are the positions, because it would seem to be a 3-5-2 formation with Koopmeiners in midfield, Tim Weah and Weston McKennie the wing-backs.

Fiorentina saw their Serie A form collapse in recent weeks, losing four of the last five, but on Thursday they beat Panathinaikos 3-1 to book their spot in the Conference League quarter-final.

Andrea Colpani and Edoardo Bove are still out of action, though Yacine Adli is available again.

Fagioli only left Juventus in January and faces his former club, along with striker Kean, while Rolando Mandragora and Nicolò Zaniolo return from suspension.

Veteran goalkeeper David De Gea takes the gloves.
