Napoli star Kevin De Bruyne was visibly unhappy when he was subbed off in the second half of an away game at Milan on Sunday.
Former Manchester City star De Bruyne was clearly frustrated when Napoli coach Antonio Conte subbed him off at minute 73 of an away game at Milan, which the Partenopei eventually lost 2-1 on Sunday.

De Bruyne had scored from the spot some 10 minutes earlier, but Conte still decided to replace him with more than 20 minutes still left to be played at San Siro.
The Belgian left the pitch running, not to lose any time, but didn’t shake hands with Conte after the substitution, heading straight to the bench.
