England under-21 youngster Jonathan Rowe has been informed that he will never play for Marseille again, and been transfer listed, as he was involved in a bust up with midfielder Adrien Rabiot. The 22-year-old could now return to England, with the former Norwich City winger linked with a move to West London outfit Fulham.
Marco Silva is looking for new attacking players and had hoped to sign Reiss Nelson, but a disagreement with the Gunners over the terms of the deal could see that deal fall through – Fulham want Reiss on a loan deal whilst Arsenal are looking to cash in on the Englishman.
Rowe joined Marseille in the summer after a successful loan spell, for a fee of around 15 million euros from Norwich, and seemed to be having a successful spell in France. The club have instead opted to transfer list the youngster and he will now be seeking a move elsewhere. Fulham are ready to match the reported £10 million fee expected to push through a sale for the attacker.
