Gasperini rapid progress with Roma, ready to leave Atalanta after 9 successful years

According to Sportitalia, Gian Piero Gasperini is on the verge of accepting a Roma contract and could announce his Atalanta exit as soon as tomorrow morning.

The situation developed very quickly today, with a meeting between Gasperini and the Atalanta directors in Bergamo that had seemingly not been planned.
