Shuto Machino is reportedly poised to complete his transfer to Borussia Mönchengladbach.

Borussia Mönchengladbach have reached a full agreement to sign Shuto Machino, according to reports.

Sky Germany claims that Die Fohlen will pay €10 million to sign the Holstein Kiel striker, while Kicker reports a slightly lower fee of €6–8 million.

Holstein Kiel signed Machino from Japanese side Shonan Bellmare in 2023 for just €700,000.

Gladbach will be hoping the 25-year-old can fill the gap left by Alassane Pléa, who has moved to PSV.

Machino scored 12 goals in 34 appearances for Holstein Kiel last season.
