Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner has responded to a recent report claiming he aspires to become Bayern Munich coach in the future.

Oliver Glasner has responded to a recent claim from transfer market insider Sacha Tavolieri, who claimed the 51-year-old Crystal Palace boss is dreaming of becoming Bayern Munich coach in the future.
“Someone claimed that I actually want to become Bayern’s coach. That amuses me – when other people think they know what I want without having spoken to me,” Glasner said at Wednesday’s Austrian Sports Aid Gala 2025.
“I follow the media relatively little. I’ve trained myself not to pay too much attention to the media, whether after a win or a loss, because I’ve realised that a lot of nonsense is written.”
The former Eintracht Frankfurt and Wolfsburg coach has been in charge at Crystal Palace since February 2024.
