Guerreiro an opportunity for Juventus in 2026, depending on Kostic

Raphael Guerreiro is an experienced left-back whose contract with Bayern Munich is running down, so he could be an opportunity for Juventus depending on the future of Filip Kostic.

The Portugal international is set to celebrate his 32^nd birthday later this month and his deal in Munich only runs to June 2026.

Juve have been trying to find a regular on the left side of defence for a while now and Kostic has been filling the gaps, but his contract is running down too and a decision has to be made.

Guerreiro eager for Juventus chance

It is fair to say that Guerreiro hasn’t had much playing time with Bayern and it is only natural that he is looking around for a club that will give him greater visibility.

Josip Stanisic has been preferred in his role, so the situation could come to a head in the next few weeks.

We can confirm Juventus have requested information, but so far gone no further on this matter.

A specialist on the left would allow them to definitively switch Andrea Cambiaso over to his preferred right flank, keeping in mind that Joao Mario has had very few chances to show what he is capable of either.
