Milan continue to search for new strikers and Serhou Guirassy is the latest candidate, but Borussia Dortmund are asking for €70m.
The Rossoneri are revamping their entire front line, with Luka Jovic set for Cruz Azul and Tammy Abraham returning to Roma after his loan.
New coach Max Allegri wants a strong centre-forward along with January arrival Santiago Gimenez.
Guirassy another regret for Milan
The Corriere dello Sport claim that Guirassy would fit the bill, but that any negotiations are going to be extremely difficult when Borussia Dortmund want €70m.
The 29-year-old Guinea international was purchased only a year ago from VfB Stuttgart for €18m.
He had an extraordinary campaign, scoring 35 goals with nine assists in 48 competitive games.
That includes a whopping 13 goals in just 14 Champions League appearances.
This only intensifies the regrets, as Milan had already been close to Guirassy in January 2024 when he had a €17m release clause, but decided not to go for it.
