Hojlund scores first Napoli goal since October as Man Utd loanee catalyses win over Juventus – Football Italia

After going eight games without a goal, Rasmus Hojlund scored again for Napoli this evening.

The Danish forward netted a brace, in fact, to prove decisive in the Neapolitan side’s 2-1 win over Juventus. After struggling in the Premier League with Manchester United, Hojlund arrived in Naples during the summer on loan, with an option-to-buy that becomes an obligation if Napoli qualify for the Champions League.

Conte’s side have started the season strongly and barring any nasty surprises, will likely find themselves in the top four come May. Therefore, Hojlund’s stay at Napoli will become permanent for a figure of around €50 million, including the cost of the loan itself.
