HSV secure second Deadline Day signing from Arsenal

Fabio Vieira has followed Albert Sambi Lokonga from Arsenal to Hamburger SV.

Hamburger SV have sealed the capture of attacking midfielder Fabio Vieira on a season-long loan from Arsenal.

Vieira follows Albert Sambi Lokonga in making the switch from Arsenal to Northern Germany.

“We were determined to strengthen our midfield further, and with the signing of Fabio, we have now filled the last open slot with a top-quality player,” said HSV director of sport Stefan Kuntz.

“Fabio is a classic playmaker who brings creativity and vision. He will give our attack even more options and flexibility.”
