During FC Bayern’s 3-2 win over Eintracht Frankfurt, left-back Alphonso Davies suffered an injury and had to be subbed off.

After only a few weeks back on the pitch, he now looks set to spend some time on the sickbed again: Alphonso Davies was injured in Bayern’s 3-2 win over Eintracht Frankfurt. Board member for sport Max Eberl gave an update on his injury after the game:
“It looked like it might be something that would keep him out for long. It has to be something muscular. He’s already undergoing tests.”
Davies already missed the first 3-4 months of the season due to his injury he suffered at the end of last season. Even though it’s not official yet, he will most likely miss the coming weeks, too.
UPDATE:
FCB coach Vincent Kompany is not as worried about Davies’ injury: “I think he will either miss the next two or the next four weeks. It’s not as bad as we thought in the beginning.”
