According to reports from Calciomercato.com, Lautaro and teammate Stefan De Vrij are both struggling with muscular fatigue and did not train fully with the rest of the Nerazzurri squad on Monday as a result.

That means that both are risks ahead of the Champions League round of 16 second leg against Feyenoord in San Siro on Tuesday night. The Nerazzurri have a 2-0 advantage heading into their return leg against the Dutch outfit.

Reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport, meanwhile, claim that Hakan Calhanoglu could also be rested for Feyenoord, with Atalanta currently looking like the team’s biggest upcoming priority.

There are a fair few injury concerns to contest with as things stand for Inzaghi and his team, as Piotr Zielinski risks a stop of around two months after his calf injury during the 3-2 win over Monza

Full-backs Federico Dimarco, Matteo Darmian and Nicola Zalewski also remain out.
