“Let’s say that at the moment, there aren’t many Italian talents,” Totti told Skills Crew, via Calciomercato.com.

“The only one I’m watching, even if he’s not Italian, is Nico Paz. He intrigues me so much.”

The former striker also argued that the race for the title in Serie A will involve more than just two teams: “I think there will be more teams able to compete with Napoli this season. It seems a more balanced season, with multiple contenders.”

Lastly, he wished his former Italy teammate Gennaro Gattuso good luck ahead of the upcoming World Cup qualifying games.

“I think it’s necessary to wish Gattuso good luck, but the same goes for the entire national team, with the hope that they’ll manage to bring us back to the World Cup,” Totti concluded.
