Joshua Kimmich says that if Germany keep playing like they did against Slovakia, they won’t make it to the World Cup.

Speaking after Germany’s 2-0 World Cup qualifying defeat to Slovakia, Joshua Kimmich said he believes the team should focus on the next task rather than looking too far ahead.
The 30-year-old felt that Die Nationalelf lacked the courage and attitude needed to secure a result in Bratislava.
“We had no courage at any point in our game. We really missed a lot. At that stage, there’s no point in talking about tactics – that’s a matter of attitude,” Kimmich said in a post-match interview.
“We shouldn’t tear ourselves apart now, but of course, we know it was a very, very bad game. We talked a lot about the World Cup and the World Cup trophy, but if we play like this, we won’t qualify.”
Next up for Kimmich and Germany is Sunday’s game against Northern Ireland.
