The Belgian is expected to leave Leipzig permanently, but the Turin club’s form could negatively affect that from happening.

Late into the summer transfer window, RB Leipzig eventually found a willing buyer for Loïs Openda in Juventus Turin on deadline day.
The Belgian was loaned out with an obligation to buy, but Juventus’ current poor run of form now puts the fixed purchase clause in jeopardy.
As reported by Sky, the Serie A giants must finish the season in at least tenth place for the clause in Openda’s contract to be triggered.
Under normal circumstances, this should be a sure thing; however, Juve currently sit in seventh place just three points above eleventh.
RB Leipzig will be monitoring their form, given the fixed transfer fee of €40.6million plus €1.7million in bonuses is firmly budgeted for.
