Juventus manager Thiago Motta would be interested in a reunion with Manchester United striker Joshua Zirkzee this winter, according to Sport Mediaset.
The Netherlands international joined the Red Devils from Bologna last summer, but he has had a tough start with only four goals in all competitions.
This has spread speculation that he could leave the club soon and reports claim that Motta would be interested in a reunion with the marksman.
Motta had a fantastic relationship with Zirkzee where they were together at Bologna and a reunion in Turin could bring the best out of the Dutchman.
The big question remains whether the Red Devils will entertain his exit.
Zirkzee has shown signs of finding form under new manager Ruben Amorim. He has netted three goals since the recent international break.
His overall performances have been unconvincing, but he has fared well in recent weeks and may not be allowed to depart in the near future.
