Juventus team news: Two players expected to return against PSV, Douglas Luiz does not travel – Football Italia – February 18 latest

Thiago Motta is expected to welcome both Manuel Locatelli and Lloyd Kelly back to the starting line-up for Wednesday’s Champions League clash against PSV, but Douglas Luiz has not traveled to the Netherlands with the rest of the Juventus squad.

The Bianconeri are halfway through their Champions League play-off tie against PSV, and lead 2-1 after the first leg in Turin last week, so have a slight advantage heading into the return leg at the Phillips Stadion.

Juve are currently on a run of four consecutive victories, their longest winning streak since Thiago Motta took over at the beginning of the season, and picked up an encouraging 1-0 Derby d’Italia victory over reigning Serie A champions Inter on Sunday.

Left out of the starting line-up for the Inter match were Manuel Locatelli – a midfield pairing of Khephren Thuram and Teun Koopmeiners was preferred instead – and Lloyd Kelly, who was replaced by Nicolo Savona at full-back.

Both Locatelli and Kelly are in line to return to the starting line-up for the PSV match, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport and Sky Sport Italia

Andrea Cambiaso could also be involved. He played for 30 minutes against Inter after his recent ankle injury.

There will be no Douglas Luiz in the Netherlands, though, as he has not travelled with the first team squad.

The only other injury issues for Juventus are the long-term absentees: Gleison Bremer, Juan Cabal and Arkadiusz Milik.
