Fiorentina will be without Moise Kean for tomorrow’s Serie A match against Empoli, as he continues to deal with a personal matter, and is at risk for the Europa League semi-final with Real Betis.
The centre-forward was already out of the squad for the 2-1 victory over Cagliari on Wednesday after he withdrew over family matters.
According to Sportitalia, Kean is still in Paris dealing with the situation and will not be available for tomorrow’s game against Empoli either.
Kean could miss the Conference League semi-final
At this point, it is not clear whether or not the Italy international will be ready for the first leg of the Europa League semi-final against Real Betis on Thursday.
That will be played in Seville on May 1.
The 25-year-old is Fiorentina’s top scorer this season with 17 Serie A goals, five in the Conference League (including the preliminary round) and one in the Coppa Italia.
He also contributed three assists in 39 competitive games.
