Kompany gives injury update ahead of Bayern’s trip to Augsburg

Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany has given an injury update ahead of his side’s trip to Augsburg on Friday.

Raphael Guerreiro, Minjae Kim and Leon Goretzka should be available for Bayern Munich’s upcoming Bundesliga clash with Augsburg.

Guerreiro and Kim have both completed indoor training ahead of the game, while Goretzka has been training individually due to a back problem.

Nevertheless, they’re all expected to be in the squad for Friday’s game, Bayern coach Vincent Kompany said at his pre-match press conference.

“A few players have trained individually indoors, but they’ll normally be available,” Kompany said.

He added that “the lads who weren’t available against St Pauli won’t be available against Augsburg either.”

Bayern’s injury list includes Tarek Buchmann, Kingsley Coman, Alphonso Davies, Hiroki Ito, Manuel Neuer, Aleksandar Pavlovic and Dayot Upamecano.
