Bayern coach Vincent Kompany is hoping that Jamal Musiala will return to full team training before Christmas.

Jamal Musiala is closing in on his return from the fractured fibula that has sidelined him since the Club World Cup.
Asked when Musiala is expected to return to full team training, Bayern Munich head coach Vincent Kompany told reporters at a press conference on Saturday:
“Jamal is close. Hopefully next week. But I want to be very clear: zero pressure on Jamal and the medical department.
“Hopefully he can get in a few training sessions before Christmas. That would simply feel good – for the team and for him. And then his first minutes on the pitch should follow in January. That would be an ideal plan for us.”
Bayern will face Mainz and Heidenheim in their final two matches of 2025.
