Vinicius Jr adds fuel to Dominik Szoboslai transfer fire

Real Madrid star Vinicius Jr appears to be working hard for his club off the pitch, as he revealed to YouTuber Ibai that he is often in contact with Liverpool ace Dominik Szoboszlai, per The Mirror.

Man Utd weigh STUNNING move for Alexis Mac Allister

Man Utd could cause a major shock, as the club considers a bid for Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mac Allister, according to The Mirror.

The Red Devils want to bring in multiple midfielders this summer, and the club is focusing on players with Premier League experience.

Mac Allister, part of Liverpool’s 2024/25 Premier League-winning squad and Argentina’s 2022 World Cup-winning squad, fits the bill. But it is unlikely that Liverpool will allow him to join a league rival, even amid a dip in the player’s form.

Liverpool to battle Chelsea for €115m target

Liverpool have reportedly joined Chelsea in the race for Aston Villa attacking midfielder Morgan Rogers, with the Reds said to have held talks with the player’s representatives.

Rogers is valued at €115m and has 17 goal contributions (10 goals and seven assists) in 37 appearances in all competitions. Transfer reporter IndyKaila reported the talks, adding that the player is open to all possibilities this summer.

Although Florian Wirtz arrived just this summer, adding Rogers could make sense if Szoboszlai joins Real Madrid.

Konate contract talks continue

Liverpool are still working on a deal to keep centre-back Ibrahima Konate at Anfield beyond this season.

The Frenchman’s contract expires at the end of this season, but manager Arne Slot revealed that talks are ongoing, according to the Liverpool Echo.

“We are in talks with him so that tells you what we want,” Slot said. “It’s clear we would like him to stay but negotiations are ongoing so let’s see where that ends. We wouldn’t be in negotiations if we didn’t want him to stay.”

The player is said to be seeking a big pay rise compared to the deal he signed when he joined Liverpool in 2021, but the team’s shaky defensive record this season may make the club hesitate to meet those demands.
