Manchester City‘s struggles continued on Tuesday night as they let a three-goal lead slip to draw 3-3 with Feyenoord.
Pep Guardiola‘s side had lost five matches in a row, in all competitions, prior to the Champions League clash and looked as though they were going to change that.
An Ilkay Gundogan strike and Erling Haaland brace secured put the hosts in the driving seat at the Etihad stadium.
However, Feyenoord hit back with three goals in the final 15 minutes of regular time to ensure that Guardiola’s side did not leave with all three points.
City are now six matches without a victory – after suffering a 4-0 defeat by Spurs on Saturday – as they now head into a crucial title clash against Liverpool.

Pep Guardiola’s search for a win now extends to six matches after the draw to Feyenoord
MAN CITY (4-3-3)
Ederson (4)
On hand to make a crucial stop from Igor Paixao in the first half. But was beaten too easily for all of Feyenoord’s goals.
Rico Lewis (5.5)
Started at right-back after Kyle Walker was dropped and put in a decent shift. More touches than anyone else on the night.
Manuel Akanji (4.5)
Had a bit of a brainfade for the Paixao chance at 0-0. Part of a City defence that somehow blew a three-goal lead.
Nathan Ake (6)
One of three Man City changes from the defeat to Spurs and was solid. Taken off when City were leading 3-0
Josko Gvardiol (4)
One of City’s rare bright sparks this season but will be kicking himself at this mistake for Anis Hadj Moussa’s goal, which sparked the comeback
Bernardo Silva (5)
Skipper on the night but didn’t have the best of evenings, losing the ball carelessly on a few occasions.
Ilkay Gundogan (6.5)
A much easier night at the office after struggling in recent weeks. Scored, albeit with some luck, and went off when City were three up.
Ederson (right) had a difficult evening and was beaten too easily for all three goals
Ilkay Gundogan put in a good performance before getting taken off prior to their capitulation
Matheus Nunes (7)
Another of the three changes. Impressive performance, with a brilliant assist for Erling Haaland’s second.
Phil Foden (6.5)
Offered a constant threat all evening and was denied what would have been a lovely goal by a great save from Timon Wellenreuether.
Erling Haaland (8)
Scored a brace with an empathic penalty and a trademark tap-in. Could easily have had a hat-trick. Now has 17 goals this season.
Jack Grealish (6)
The third change, making his first City start since October. Was unlucky with a goalbound volley that went into Foden and nearly got a late winner, hitting the woodwork.
Subs
Kevin de Bruyne (4)
Replaced Ilkay Gundogan in the 68th minute.
James McAtee (4)
On for Nathan Ake.
Jahmai Simpson-Pusey (4)
Came on for the latter stages, replacing Phil Foden
Erling Haaland now has 17 goals in the season after scoring twice against Feyenoord
Pep Guardiola may have put an end to his side’s losing streak but the draw will feel like defeat
Manager
Pep Guardiola (5)
Ended his losing run but this must have felt like a defeat. Can’t buy three points right now.
