Man United star Rasmus Hojlund undergoes £1,400 laser acne treatment after his skin ‘blew up’

Rasmus Hojlund has starred in an acne treatment video ahead of Manchester United‘s Community Shield final clash with their city rivals.

The United striker was filmed having facial laser treatment with Pulse Light Clinic at Shambles Square in Manchester city centre. 

Hojlund has had three rounds of PicoSure Laser Skin Rejuvenation treatment, which would appear to set him back between £1,099 and £1,399 according to the clinic’s website. 

And in the video, Hojlund reveals his shock at how well the treatment has gone.

‘I’m actually quite surprised,’ he said. ‘It blew up the last two summers I had.’

Hojlund was treated by ‘Dr Rosh,’ an expert in the field with more than 100,000 TikTok followers. 

‘My striker is looking majestic,’ wrote one fan in the comments.   

‘I noticed his skin looked so much better recently, so interesting to see the process,’ said another. 

Some were less forgiving. ‘Maybe he should train instead,’ was the verdict of one critic. 

Dr Rosh explained: ‘He’s been troubled with a bit of acne with some scarring, so we’re helping to harmonise that texture, reduce the scarring, and reduce the redness.

The best result possible from Hojlund’s perspective will be if United can beat Manchester City in the Community Shield final in a repeat of May’s FA Cup showdown.

The Danish forward, 21, is not expected to be back until the middle of September. 

That means Jadon Sancho is anticipated to start down the middle today after reconciling with Erik ten Hag.

The winger was sent on loan to Borussia Dortmund last season after a public fall-out with Ten Hag which resulted in him being banished from first-team training.
