Victor Lindelof is reportedly set to leave Manchester United when his contract expires this summer.
Lindelof, 30, has made 283 appearances for United since joining from Benfica for £31million in 2017.
The Swedish centre back won the FA Cup and League Cup across his eight seasons at Old Trafford, although he has also lost two Europa League finals.
However, Lindelof has found himself out of favour over the past few seasons and he has made just five Premier League starts in 2024-25 amid an injury-hit campaign.
The Swede missed the start of the season with a toe injury and was sidelined for another month over Christmas.
And, according to Fabrizio Romano, Lindelof will depart United as a free agent at the end of the season.

The report claims a meeting was held between the club and player this week before the decision was made, with teams in Spain and Italy already eyeing-up a move for the defender.
Lindelof’s departure comes as no surprise given he had fallen down the pecking order following the arrivals of Leny Yoro, Matthijs de Ligt and Ayden Heaven.
Nevertheless, it is the start of Ruben Amorim’s summer rebuild after what has been a dismal campaign for the Red Devils, with several stars expected to depart.
Alongside Lindelof, Christian Eriksen and Jonny Evans are out of contract and the pair are set to leave.
United will also attempt to sell exiled stars Antony, Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford, while the likes of Bruno Fernandes, Kobbie Mainoo and Alejandro Garnacho could be sold to raise funds and help United deal with FFP restrictions.
Others who have vastly underperformed including Andre Onana, Casemiro and Rasmus Hojlund may similarly be on the chopping block.
It remains to be seen where Lindelof goes next but speaking on international duty in March, he hinted that a return to Benfica could be on the cards when questioned on his future.
‘Benfica is a club that means a lot to me,’ he said. ‘They shaped me into the player I am today. I don’t know what will happen and what my decision will be. But it is a club that I like.’

Lindelof, who has two sons with his wife Maja, added: ‘I don’t just have myself to think about anymore. It’s a decision we have to make as a family.
‘Of course, I always try to think about football and what’s best for me. But it also goes hand in hand. What I think will be good is usually good for the family. I’m making the decision with my wife too.
‘Right now, we’re keeping our thoughts within the family. I feel that I still have a high level in me. The idea is that I want to play at the highest level.’
During that same interview, the 30-year-old – who came through the ranks with Swedish side Vasteras SK – also opened up on his fitness frustrations at United in his final season.
‘It has been extremely difficult,’ he admitted. ‘I’m used to playing a lot of matches and not being able to do it continuously has been tough. It takes a toll on the psyche to do all the rehab, which is not very fun.’
Lindelof will get the chance to say goodbye to Old Trafford and United fans on Sunday when Amorim’s side conclude their campaign against Aston Villa.
