Manchester United‘s 3-1 defeat to Brighton saw the club match a record that was set in the 1893-94 campaign.

The Red Devils suffered a fourth loss in five matches at Old Trafford as the Seagulls walked away with all three points.

Goals from Yankuba Minteh, Kaoru Mitoma and Georginio Rutter sealed the three points for the visitors with Bruno Fernandes netting from the spot.
