Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana could be on his way to Inter Milan during the summer transfer window, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The shot-stopper fell out-of-favour at the Red Devils last summer and he was loaned out to Trabzonspor for the entire 2025/26 campaign.
Onana has been a huge hit for the Turkish giants, but it is highly unlikely that they will sign him on a permanent basis when the season ends.
Hence, United will need to find a new suitor and reports claim that the Nerazzurri have emerged as the frontrunner to secure his services.
Furthermore, the San Siro giants have already made contact with the representatives of Onana and they could make an offer in the summer.
United spent 47 million pounds to land his services from Inter few years ago, and may want to recoup at least 50 percent of that transfer fee.
Onana has already given the green light to rejoin Inter, who have promised to hand him the number one role with Yann Sommer likely to leave.
