Manchester United are ‘concerned’ they may be unable to sell Rasmus Hojlund this summer despite losing patience with the young striker after his barren performances.
Hojlund has scored just two Premier League goals in 21 appearances this season and is currently on a run of 16 games without scoring across all competitions.

Only four teams have scored fewer Premier League goals than United this season and the situation has left Ruben Amorim desperate to sign a new striker in the summer, meaning Hojlund would likely be sacrificed in the process.
However, according to GIVEMESPORT, United are worried that Hojlund’s poor form will result in them struggling to find a permanent departure for the 22-year-old in the summer.
United’s financial struggles, combined with them being set to miss out on European football next season, means that they will be unable to fund big money signings for Amorim without first selling high earners and deadwood such as Hojlund.
There is also an acceptance from the club that they will be unable to recoup the €74 million spent on Hojlund in 2023 and that they may be forced into considering loan offers or keeping hold of the Dane as a squad option even if Amorim deems him to be surplus to requirements.

United eye Osimhen or Delap as Hojlund replacement
Along with Hojlund, United are hoping to raise enough funds for a striker with the permanent sales of Marcus Rashford, Antony and Tyrell Malacia, all of whom left the club on loan in January.
It is believed that United’s top target to replace Hojlund would be Victor Osimhen, with the Napoli being willing to cash in on the Nigerian for €70m, although he would be required to take a significant wage cut if he wanted the move to Old Trafford.
Should Osimhen prove unfeasible, United will look to target Liam Delap after his impressive debut campaign with Ipswich, with a belief that the 22-year-old would be a cheaper and more age-appropriate profile for the long-term.
However, much will come down to the future of Hojlund and whether the former Atalanta forward can find some form before the end of the season to generate interest in his services.
