Manchester United have been handed the green light to sign Crystal Palace defender Daniel Munoz during the winter transfer window.
Munoz has established himself as one of the best right wing-backs in the Premier League and his future could be away from the Eagles.
In a recent interview with AS, the 29-year-old said that United are one of his dream clubs alongside Barcelona, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.
He added that he strives to join one of those teams and refused to rule out a potential transfer at the midway stage of the current campaign.
The news is a huge boost for the Red Devils, who are said to be planning for a new right wing-back, who is solid defensively and offensively.
Munoz is the best in the position in the Premier League and he has already given the green light to join the club from the FA Cup holders.
It remains to be seen whether Palace are prepared to negotiate a deal. The Eagles may ideally wait until next summer to discuss terms.
