FootballTransfers understands that West Ham United are lining up a bid for Dibling, while we have also been told that Tottenham Hotspur are eager to sign the 19-year-old this summer.

However, Man Utd have now initiated contact with Southampton over a possible summer deal, according to GiveMeSport, as they look to finalise a deal for Dibling.

Ruben Amorim’s side have been heavily linked with a move for the teenager in recent months, amid his impressive form for the Saints, and they have stepped up their pursuit of his signature by engaging in initial talks with his current employers.

Dibling is reportedly “almost certain” to leave Southampton this summer, with his current deal due to expire in 2026, and Man Utd are eager to bring him to Old Trafford if the price is right.

The Red Devils missed out on Sporting CP wonderkid Geovany Quenda to Chelsea, and they are monitoring Dibling’s situation at St Mary’s as they look to sign an alternative to the Portuguese teenager.

Dibling, who is wanted by “half of Europe, as per to Sky Germany, has scored four goals in 30 appearances across all competitions so far this season, while his Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) currently stands at €30.2 million.

Man Utd to sell Marcus Rashford and Antony

Although Man Utd are interested in signing Dibling this summer, they are expected to offload both Marcus Rashford and Antony on permanent deals after sending the pair out on loan during the January transfer window.

Rashford earned a recall into the England side following an impressive start to life at Aston Villa, while Antony has enjoyed a thoroughly productive few months with Real Betis. However, Man Utd are set to sell both players this summer.
