Transfer Deadline Day is here and Manchester United are expected to be active during the final day of the summer window.

With a new structure above manager Erik ten Hag, the Red Devils have already seen significant changes under INEOS this summer.

The Dutchman survived a two-week end-of-season review from the higher-ups at the club, and he even signed a contract extension at Old Trafford after guiding the club to FA Cup glory in May.

Off the pitch, there is now great hope with Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS overseeing drastic improvements in the market.

They have already signed Leny Yoro, Matthijs de Ligt, Joshua Zirkzee and Noussair Mazraoui this summer, and several more deals are expected to be finalised and announced on Deadline Day.

Our live Man Utd transfer blog brings you all the latest news surrounding the Red Devils, including exclusives from our own reporters as well as checking out what the other big names are saying (including the likes of Fabrizio Romano and David Ornstein).

Chelsea will pay £25m for Sancho next summer

DEADLINE DAY – ONE HOUR TO GO!

There is an hour to go in Deadline Day for Premier League sides.

We are awaiting confirmations on a number of big deals including Jadon Sancho to Chelsea and Raheem Sterling to Arsenal…

Chelsea agree Sancho deal with United

Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Jadon Sancho on loan with an obligation to buy from Man Utd.

The winger fell out of favour at Old Trafford after an argument with manager Erik ten Hag last season which led to a loan spell at Borussia Dortmund.

The Red Devils ultimately have the final say, but the Athletic reports that all parties are now in agreement.

Ugarte to Man Utd – OFFICIAL

Man Utd have confirmed the signing of Manuel Ugarte from Paris Saint-Germain.

The Uruguay international only spent a season at PSG after signing from Sporting CP last summer. Though a key player initially, he eventually fell out of favour with head coach Luis Enrique which opened the door for Man Utd to strike a deal in the region of €60 million.

The Red Devils confirmed the deal with a pre-announcement announcement.

‘Everything signed’ with Ugarte to Man Utd

Manuel Ugarte‘s move to Man Utd is completed, with Loic Tanzi of L’Equipe announcing the deal is done.

“There it is! Manuel Ugarte is no longer a PSG player. Everything is signed with Man Utd,” he tweeted.

Napoli announce McTominay

Napoli have announced the signing of Scott McTominay from Man Utd for €30.5m.

The Scotland international had less than one year left on his contract at Old Trafford and the club were happy to sell him for a fee rather than allowing him to leave for free next summer.

He joins head coach Antonio Conte in Naples.

United hold final decision on Sancho

Man Utd hold the final decision on Jadon Sancho‘s future.

The England winger fell out with Erik ten Hag last season and spent the second half of the campaign on loan at Borussia Dortmund.

Over the past week he has been strongly linked with a loan switch to Chelsea and it seems the Blues and the player himself are in full agreement on the move, so its up to Man Utd if they want him to leave. (BBC Sport)

Arsenal and Sterling hold talks

Arsenal have held talks with Chelsea over a potential loan move for Raheem Sterling.

The England winger was unceremoniously dumped from the Blues squad before the opening game of the season against Man City a couple of weeks ago and was told to find a new club.

Man Utd has also been mentioned as a possible destination, but the Gunners are mulling over a deadline day swoop. (Ben Jacobs)

United sign Malian wonderkid Sekou Kone

Man Utd very unlikely to sign Sterling

According to journalist Ben Jacobs, it would take something “extraordinary” for Raheem Sterling to join Man Utd from Chelsea before the end of the transfer window today.

Sterling has been deemed surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge by Enzo Maresca and was told to find a new club, but that new club won’t be Man Utd.

The two Premier League sided remain in talks over Jadon Sancho, however.

McTominay-Napoli a DONE DEAL

No Man Utd switch for Zhegrova

Both Man Utd and Fulham approached Lille today regarding a deal for winger Edon Zhegrova but the French side insist their star player isn’t for sale.

Zhegrova recently scored in the Champions League playoff to secure a place in the money-spinning league hase for Lille, so they are under no financial pressure to sell. (Le Parisien)
