Goalkeepers Matt Turner and Odysseas Vlachodimos have continued to stuggle for Forest, despite signing for the club only last summer.

Forest had been exploring a number of options including a £15m deal for Crystal Palace‘s Sam Johnstone and a deal for Real Betis stopper Rui Silva.

Johnstone was keen to move in order to preserve his Euro 2024 chances with England but Forest have now signed Sels.
