Luka Modric smiled when asked about a possible move to Milan, and according to reports, the Real Madrid ace will undergo his medical for the Rossoneri in Croatia.
Modric is set to join Milan on a free transfer from Real Madrid.
According to Calciomercato.com, he will undergo medical tests in Croatia this week before flying to the USA to participate in the Club World Cup with the Merengues.
What Modric said about Milan move
The 39-year-old smiled while on International duty on Sunday, when asked about a possible move to Milan, but said: “Right now, I can’t say anything on this. There have been calls and contacts, but I’ve put everything aside as I want to focus on the national team and Real Madrid. I still haven’t made a decision, and I still don’t know when I’ll make it.”
Nevertheless, Modric’s move to Milan is practically done and sealed. Football Italia transfer expert Alfredo Pedullà says the legendary midfielder will earn €3m at San Siro.
