Jonathan Tah looks to be heading for a move to Barcelona – and not Bayern.

Bayer Leverkusen defender Jonathan Tah came close to joining Bayern Munich last summer, but the deal fell through when the two clubs couldn’t come to an agreement.
It doesn’t look like Leverkusen will be able to prevent the 28-year-old from leaving when his contract expires in the summer of 2025 – but it’s not Bayern who are leading the race for his signature.
Links with Barcelona have been growing in recent months, and Catalan newspapers Sport and Mundo Deportivo are now reporting that negotiations between Tah and the La Liga giants are at an advanced stage.
Italian transfer market insider Fabrizio Romano and German publication Sport Bild also claim that Barcelona are making progress in their bid to sign Tah.
A long-term deal running until 2030 is said to be on the table.
