Out-of-favor Werder Bremen midfielder Naby Keita is reportedly in talks with Turkish outfit Istanbul Basaksehir.
With the German transfer window now closed, Naby Keita remains in search of a new club.
According to the Guardian, the 29-year-old is in talks with Turkish side Istanbul Basaksehir, having previously turned down Sunderland.
The transfer window in Turkey will remain open until September 13.
Keita has been suspended from first-team training at Werder for disciplinary reasons and has been training on his own for months.
Expectations were high last summer when the former RB Leipzig midfielder joined Werder on a free transfer from Liverpool.
However, he made just five appearances in his first season at the Weserstadion.
