The Salentini released a statement this evening confirming that midfielder Kaba has officially completed his transfer to FC Nantes.

It is a paid loan with option to buy at the end of the season, including a percentage of the future sale fee.

The 24-year-old was purchased by Lecce for €3m from Valenciennes in the summer of 2023.

Kaba had made 17 competitive appearances for the club this season, scoring one goal.

Meanwhile, multiple sources confirm they have also agreed to send Maleh to Cremonese on loan with an option to buy at the end of the campaign.

That will become an obligation if Cremonese secure their Serie A status.

The 27-year-old Italo-Moroccan midfielder had gone out on loan already to Empoli in 2023, but returned over the summer, making only nine Serie A appearances.
