Milan have confirmed their full squad of players for the beginning of pre-season training under Massimiliano Allegri, confirming that Theo Hernandez will no longer be part of the first-team group while he awaits the completion of his transfer to Al-Hilal.

Milan get their pre-season preparations underway on Monday (July 7), and have confirmed on Sunday the full list of players who will report for Allegri’s first session in charge.

There will still be some absences from the Rossoneri for the start of pre-season training, most notably Santiago Gimenez, who is still away with the Mexico national team squad for the CONCACAF Gold Cup.

Gimenez and Mexico will play against the USA in the Gold Cup final, but USMNT stars Christian Pulisic and Yunus Musah are not part of Mauricio Pochettino’s current squad, so they will report to Milanello on Monday.

Four other Milan players, namely Theo Hernandez, Ismael Bennacer, Yacine Adli and Devis Vasquez have been given extended holidays, but all of them are expected to leave this summer.

Allegri’s initial pre-season squad also includes a number of returning loanees, including Alexis Saelemaekers after his season with Roma, Noah Okafor after his loan spell with Napoli and Tommaso Pobega after his year with Bologna.
