Official: Stuttgart sign youngster from FC Barcelona

Noah Darvich is officially a VfB Stuttgart player.

VfB Stuttgart have completed the signing of Noah Darvich from FC Barcelona.

The 18-year-old German youth international has signed a contract with the Swabians until 2029.

“I am very happy that the transfer to VfB, and thus to such a special club, has come to fruition. Even during my time at FC Barcelona, I regularly followed the Bundesliga and tracked VfB’s remarkable journey,” said Noah Darvich.

“Now I want to settle in quickly, get to know my teammates, and work hard to develop further at VfB and be successful with the club.”

Stuttgart’s director of sport, Fabian Wohlgemuth, added:

“We are very pleased to have signed Noah Darvich. He is one of the absolute top talents in his age group and is already performing at a high footballing level. 

“Moreover, we see significant development potential in him, not least because of his young age, so we are confident that Noah has a very positive path ahead in the VfB jersey.”

The attacking midfielder featured a total of 50 times for Barcelona’s youth team, racking up three goals and four assists.
