Chelsea wonderkid Estevao Willian has said that he was delighted to join the Blues amid interest from other high-profile European clubs.
The 18-year-old signed for the Blues from Palmeiras earlier this summer and he has made an instant impression in the Premier League.
He has already registered an assist to his name and will be aiming to score his maiden goal when the Blues return to action after the international break.
Speaking to Globo, he has now expressed his delight over his decision to join the Blues, he said: “Chelsea is amazing, it was a perfect choice! I can say that I love Chelsea, I love London, I don’t think it could be better.”
Cole Palmer‘s injury paved the way for Willian’ first start of his Blues career. The onus is now on the wonderkid to find consistency going forward.
He has immense potential which has been noticed from his Palmeiras days and it remains to be seen whether he can become a mainstay in the XI in the future.
