Polanski to be made permanent coach of Gladbach over international break

The Polish head coach looks destined to remain as Gladbach’s permanent head coach.

Interim coach Eugen Polanski set to receive a permanent position as head coach of Borussia Mönchengladbach. 

Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg notes that talks are close to being finalised on a deal likely running until summer of 2028. 

The official announcement from the Rhineland club could come during the international break according to the report. 

Positive results in recent games, as well as his football philosophy and meticulous working style has impressed the club officials. around 

Rouven Schröder is also said to have been won over by the 39-year-old and furthermore, the squad is very enthusiastic.

In his seven Bundesliga games to date, Polanski has led Gladbach off the bottom of the table with two wins, two draws and three losses.

On Sunday 9 November, BILD ran a similar story about contract until 2028 featuring “pre-defined scenarios for success and failure.”
