Predicted Man Utd line-up vs Ipswich Town

Manchester United take on Ipswich Town on the road in today’s Premier League encounter.

The Red Devils are currently seven points adrift of the top four and can reduce the gap with a victory at Portmand Road.

Ahead of the game, new manager Ruben Amorim has plenty of defensive concerns to deal with.

Victor Lindelof and Harry Maguire are injured while Lisandro Martinez is doubtful as well.

Formation: 3-4-2-1

Predicted Line-up:

Andre Onana has played every minute in the Premier League since his arrival from Inter. He is guaranteed to start between the sticks.

Leny Yoro has returned to full training after his pre-season injury and the teenager looks set to make his United debut from the off.

He could line up with Matthijs de Ligt and Jonny Evans in the back three.

Diogo Dalot and Noussair Mazraoui are expected to feature in the wing-back roles. Amorim has already dropped a huge hint over this.

Manuel Ugarte should be a confirmed starter in the no.6 role and he could have a new midfield partner in Mason Mount against Ipswich.

Mount looks fully fit after his injury troubles and Amorim has said that he is really excited to work with the midfielder who is perfect for his system.

In attack, it could be Amad Diallo partnering Bruno Fernandes with Marcus Rashford lining up as the main striker ahead of Rasmus Hojlund and Leny Yoro.

Rashford has been training up front in recent sessions and his speed and finishing skills could be preferred over the underperforming duo.

Predicted Man Utd line-up (3-4-2-1) vs Ipswich: Onana; De Ligt, Yoro, Evans; Dalot, Ugarte, Mount, Mazraoui; Diallo, Fernandes; Rashford.
